Happy Monday!! It's a huge week for reality tv fanatics with the release of 'Selling Sunset' season 8 on Netflix and the first season of 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' on Disney+. We sat down and watched both this weekend so we can deep dive into the drama between Chelsea, Bre, Chrishell and Emma and the Utah MomTok scandals that have been the centre of TikTok for the past year.

We also read Lucinda Berry's highly reviewed book Saving Noah, a deep and difficult-to-read look at teenage sexual offenders from Adrianne's perspective. 

Lastly, Danika shares her favourite podcast of the week—'Two Broke Chicks'.
